Refund policy
We want you to love your Coil & Silk set. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Returns: You may return unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Because these are personal-care items, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened and unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to start a return: Email us at jasper.vandermolen@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
